Hey Guys,
New on here and have a problem.I took an inspection cover off bell housing and can see a problem were it looks like the clutch fork does not return all the way when letting the clutch pedal out,so when i press the clutch in again i get a grinding noise from the fork touching back of the clutch plate.Does anyone know what could be causing this or has anyone had this same problem?

it should be sitting on a bearing that allows the clutch to rotate smoothly against the fork. The fork will remain extremly close when released. Ith sounds like this bearing is on its way out but replacement is gearbox out etc. Depending on the milage it would be silly not to do the whole clutch at the same time. Because of this I would say put up with the grinding till it becomes to bad to use. Clutch kit is about 500 +4 hours labour

Thanks Geeves,
Looks like you are on the money, thebearing is not following the fork back. Its got 160k on the clock so whole new clutch is what will go in while the box is out.
cheers
