Hey guys i just got back from TJM in blacktown and i was after the airtec s29 snorkel for my 91 mu. they told me they isnt an airtec s29 snorkel.... has any1 else had a airtec snorkel fitted to their mu? what model is it and where did u get it from? also did they fit it for u and how much did it all cost?

thanks guys but it says that snorkel is for a 95 to 2002 do u's know if it will fit a 91 model? the shape of the guards look identical so id assume it would

thanks elysian for the link. i ordered my snorkel from their last wednesday and still no sign of it. im getting a little concerned now. has any1 else ordered their snorkel from their?

I got my snorkel from 4wd Systems in Adeilade I think its an s29.I got som pics in the trip thread...

Hey everyone i just wanna let u all know NOT to do business with his guy www.snorkels.ashop.com.au/p/53076....-1995-2002.html i ordered my snorkel a week ago and it still hasn't been sent i payed for it to be sent via courier and the pr**k refuses to send it via courier he will only send it via regular post not even registered post. i'm not a happy man at the moment. is their is anywhere else you can get your snorkels from for their even if you need a pay a little more this bloke is f**ked |

I hope he gave you a reason.
The freight charge for Aus seems reasonable but packageing shouldnt take a week. Probably find hes selling on indent ie he only orders from the wholesaler once he has an order to onsell. Nice safe money for him but this delays the whole process and leads to bad feeling.

i just lodged a complaint with the department of fair trading against him. see how he likes that. is he advertises its being sent via courier u don't try and save a buck by sending it threw regular mail. i payed for the courier so send it. i wont loose this battle i don't let these bas***ds get the better of me

I purchased my snorkel from Andrew and whilst its a bit fiddly to fit the end result is bloody tidy - and the best price I found in NZ!

The snorkel for the later Bighorns look restrictive down the front where it goes into the pannel. Looks really small. What do other people think?

I was pleasantly surprised when i got home from work this afternoon to find my snorkel had finally arrived!!! now i cant wait to get it installed, ill book it into TJM as soon as possible their is now way i will cut my own guard. but i held it up against the guard and its gonna look great!!! i still would never recommend buying the snorkel threw that dealer

I just called TJM to book my car in to get my snorkel fitted.... they wont touch it because its not their own brand in snorkel. kinda screwed my plans over... does any1 know any other companys that install them or am i gonna have a drill my own guard  |
