##URGENT TURBO HELP NEEDED##!!

Hey guys I need some help and quick!
I had a new turbo fitted earlier this year from a reputable company here in Wellington.
Since then the turbo has "come loose" three times.
What happens is the flange where the front pipe bolts to comes loose and the bolts fall out!
I get a lot of noise on boost which gets worse and worse i take it back to the garage and they cannot find a reason.
The threads in the housing are o.k and they have even fitted high tensile bolts this time but the problem still persists!
The manifold has been planed at the head end and all mounts etc on the exhaust are o.k
The engine mounts are fine as well with no excessive movement.
Can any one please help this can't be normal but i cant seem to find a solution.

try s r auto's in upper hutt, they can check the turbo shaft for balance, sounds a bit suspect and dam annoying

Most people have the opposite problem ie they cant get these bolts out no matter how they try.
Correct torque is only 20 foot pound. My only suggestion is locking washers and very high temp locktight. I trust that bolts with the correct thread are being used. If the pitch is incorrect this could be the result

Check all rubber mounts on the exhaust system check flexjoint also make sure its not broken.
I've struck blocked warm up valves which cause excessive heat which warp manifold flanges and cause nuts to gradually come loose. Might pay to check the valve if its still in the exhaust.
If you still have problems try using a nut made by Wurth they are conlocks which you only use once we have them in stock at work.

Still no change guys the only thing I have thought of is that do you have front pipe brackets normally on an 1996 wizard??
