Hey Guys, I have an issue with my water sprayer, its not working. I'm not even getting the sound of the pump going (I have no idea where the pump is). When I press the button the wipers work but NO WATER. Is there any other issues I should look at OTHER THAN the engine bay fuse box with the wiper relay? Fuse for wipers is good, thence why they still work.

The pump is part of the water bottle. Quite easy to get to and change. The pump is possibly serviceable but I just got the whole unit from the wrecker and changed it over. I'm on my second one (maybe third). Mine started leaking water for about 6 months before it eventually gave up. You don't realise how much you use them till they play up.

my water bottle motor still works fine, it's just the seal around it that's cactus ... it will completelt drain the water bottle in 3 hours .. been too lazy to either fix the existing one, or look for another one.. lol

Go to an auto parts store(rapeco, supertheif, auto one), you should be able to get a replacement motor as a universal sort of setup. There isn't a lot to them, just a small electric motor with a little impeller pump on the end.

Thanks all for your ideas, I'll pull out the water bottle this weekend and check to see if its the motor or the wiper relay.
I never knew that the pump was part/under the bottle,...how interesting? I wouldn't mind 2 new spray nipple thingys too, the one that has 3 streams instead of my current dying 2 streams.
Cheers

Highly likely. But even if it isnt its not hard to make adapter mounts for any other bottle. I used a maxda bottle in a previous toyota

I just bought the motor from Supercheap Auto ... $4 .. I thought the seal was gone.. but it was good.. just pulled the old motor off , plugged in the new one, and plugged the wiring molex on the motor .. all good again..
