I ve got a 96 wizard 4jg2. Ive been having some electrical problems lately. Driver door window switches are playing up, heater blowers are on ALL the time , going hard out even when swiched off!! The only way i switch them off is by pulling a relay from under the bonnet. And back along i was blowing tail light fuses when goin into reverse , which seemed to cure itself? Any thoughts?? Cheers Rich PS . A wiring diagram would be real handy if some one has 1, and what location do i find the heater resistor pack?? that ive just been reading about. Ta

Sounds like either a faulty switch or a short in the wireing Resister pack is a good possible culprit. I think its on the side of the heater unit. You can get a complete manual from the following email account. go to gmail.com login as isuzunz pass 4jb1turbo. Then download the 11 ubs attachments into a comon filder and unpack using izark which can be downloaded from any freeware site

Thanks for that, but im not sure those wiring diagrams are for my truck. Going back to this resistor pack, What does it look like?? Ive found a module bolted into the side of the blower unit with two screws about size of large matchbox, it has a heatsink with fins on it and contains 1 big transistor a resistor and something else. Is this what i am looking for??? It has a 3 pin plug and if i disconnect it the blowers stop running. Part # is : 582670-2600 or 57122 not sure which. I unsoldered the transistor and Tested it (i looked it up on the net), aparently its a NPN, so i followed the procedure but as far as i can tell the transistor is ok!! Any help would be great, if not i will take it to auto sparky or aircon place as aircon gas has run out aswell. Cheers Richard

Sounds like the resistor pack. Never heard of one being dismantled before though. Unfortuanatly it doesnt match the diagram I have at all. The resister pack in the pic has 4 resitors and a fuse. My money is still on this as the fault but only half as much as before

It was that resistor pack that was the cause, not that it looks like a resistor pack as it only has 1 tiny resistor and a big transistor. I went to a wreckers and fitted a mu one, just had to chop off a lug and turn it upside down and fit it. They let me test it at the wreckers to make sure it was ok. Thanks for your help
