ok guys - what is the best method / procedure form replacing a cv.
A quick step by step would be great??
And is they anything special I need to do / remember?

that auto zone one is magic. Both tell all you need to know. Only other coment would be dont bother inspecting the cv boots for wear etc just replace them. They are only about 15 each.

First one will take about 1 and a half hours. Be careful not to damage the ball joint boots. You will need circlip pliers for the circlip in the hub and on the inner cv shaft. Do use good jacks and axle stands. I have seen this done in under 30 min in a paddock useing a higlift as one of the jacks but several safety rules were broken on the way. Take your time and remember that a lot of the parts are heavy and will hurt if you drop them on yourself
