Theres 4 holes but only looks like im missing bolts for the upper two. just noticed today when crawling under the car  . Its got me a bit worried.  |

lowest one is just for the clutch inpection cover. Replace at your lesure its not going to break. Other one is I think the locating dowel rather than a bolt hole. Need to look with a mirror If its a hole it wouldnt hurt to put a bolt in

The lower hole is used when the Auto tranny is fitted and you don't need to put a bolt there.
The hole with the arrow should have a bolt.
You can see a mark around the hole left by the bolt.
