I have a 96 Wizard 3.1D. The rear passenger window is closed but won't wind down. Have checked the electrics and power is getting to the motor that gets warm if I keep trying to wind.

The manual says to get the mechanism out, wind the window down to get to the bolts to release the glass.... you see my problem.

How do I get the mechanism out if I cannot move the glass down.

There was a wizard at picapart but dont know if its still there. Could be worth using for a practice or even spare glass if you have to resort to a hammer.
Only sensible suggestion I have is to reach in through the hole and up to the bolts with the right size spanner. Might be possible but expect to lose some skin on the way.
Only other possibility would be spray crc in the direction of the mechanism and hope it does the trick
