Have now done quite a few ks on the nankang (korean) mudstar N889 33s now and finding them a good tyre all round. Got them for $220 ea fitted so wasn't expecting too much but they are wearing round 5000ks per mm tread which is good.
Also have tried them in a variety of offroad conditions, and the chunky tread performs very well - snow, river gravel, mud, grass etc - handling them with ease.
Need 40lbs pressure for even tread wear on my lwb bighorn, but ride well on road also.
After a good test period, can confirm this is a good all round mud tyre option. Very pleased with it esp at that bargain price - I'd pay more for them. Recommended.
