Hi all, I'm worried about opening a big can of worms with this one but we'll see how it goes. So long story short, i moved to oz about 3 months ago and am now working as a programmer for a company in Mackay QLD with a laser cutter (very cool toy ) When i did my ball joint flip i got my spacers cut out by profile cutter (plasma) as they aren't the easyist thing to get exactly right, and you need hole saw etc etc. So heres what I'm asking: How many different types of ball joints are there for the mu's, bighorns, rodeos, etc, etc, Would anyone be interested in buying them, probably will be under $50 a pair, will do a quote if there is interest, When I did mine I'm pertty sure i made them for a 8mm bolt as i think factory is 6mm and a little more strengh can never hurt, And what thickness would people want? It would cost very little to make them different thickness, say 6,8,10mm. Let me know your thoughts and we'll c what comes up, Cheers, John.

Darlington off road used to sell these but alas they are no more. From memory though there's were 10mm thick. You only realy need the spacer if going beyond 50mm lift in which case you are already spending a fair bit of money on big tyres, diff drops etc so this amount shouldnt hurt too much in the grand scheme. There are only 2 upper ball joint patterns used on Isuzu 4wd. Pre 88 used a 3 bolt pattern everything else is the same 4 bolt pattern
