err want help for Rodeo

My dream is to modify my TF Rodeo. Its a 2.8 desiel 4x4 spacecab.

Most of you guys come from Kiwiland (my birthplace) and I live in country South Oz.

Id like to go the top intercooler and a 2.5" full exhust system.It does not have an ECG unit, does have Safari snorkel.

But where do I go looking for parts. As you know MUs and bighorns are not common in Oz.

Whats your suggestions for improvements I want IMPROVED fuel economy as well as better performance.

Exhaust off a Mu or Bighorn would be no help as your chassis is different to both. Better to get a local exhaust shop to make the exhaust on the car anyway. Mandrel is best but you still get very good gains from press bent at less than 2/3 the cost.
Intercooler The Mus never had them from factory but bighorns did. Some Jackeroos did as well. The 3.1 intercooler bolts on exactly the same and the scoop works just as well even though the 2.8 scoop looks nicer. If you cant find one you can use a pajero or Hyundai intercooler and scoop but you then need to make your own brackets and pipework.
Although both these mods do give better fuel economy the gains are quite small You would never pay for either mod in the life of the vehicle from the reduced fuel use.
