Where is the glow plug timer, dropping resistor, and thermosensor located on a 92 Bighorn 3.1TD?

Glowplug timer is at right front by Brakemaster cylinder, thermosensor is on the thermostat housing and I wouldn't know where the dropping resistor is, I expect it will be in the wiring like with most other vehicles that have them! Need to check wiring diagrams for location!
