Thanks again guys.
Turbo is in. Now all she blows is white smoke. I read an earlier thread where Geeves noted the significance of the different coloured exhaust. Could you recap/expand on the basics of diesel smoke? Worringly, i saw a whisp of smoke coming out of the dipstick tube. Thanks in advance

White smoke is unburnt something
Does it smell of steam,diesel or oil.
You could of disturbed oil when fitting the turbo. It might clear after an hour or so running

If it wasnt doing this before the old turbo then you might of got a dud. The old turbo might also of spat oil into the system as well. Give it a good drive and see if it gets better and hope for the best
