Bad vibrations

HI all
I’ve just got back from a camping trip and noticed bad vibrations when I stopped at traffic lights, it feels like the Mu still wants to move forward, if I put the car in natural and rev then put back in gear the vibration goes…..any ideas anyone, It’s a 93 2.8 Auto Mu D.

I had I similar sort of problem before when I bent the trans guard underneath while of roading but that’s all fixed and have not offroaded since

First thought was check the u joints but if your stopped its not that. Second though is something wrong with idle speed
