I currently have a LSD in the back and a Lock Rite LOKKA in the front ..
While I would be hesitant to put a LOKKA in the rear , it's possible ( I think Pissy? has both front and back ) .. the only thing I would be worried about is with a LOKKA in the rear is that when you take a tight corner/turn at speed , is that the LOKKA would engage and the outside wheel will not rotate as much as it needs .. leading to excessive wear on the tyres .. on dirt roads and that it's not really an issue.. but on tarmac it could also cause excessive strain on the drive line ..
As to ratio .. pretty much all auto's had the 4.56 diffs .. manual's had the 4.3 , but as Alan says in the link .. the 4.56 ratio diffs were common to both auto and manual models ..

Lokas work by black magic but dont cause the issue described above if set up correctly. Tyre scuffing is only for a locked manual locker. With an auto locker like lockright and Loka the driven wheel is the slowest moving wheel The other wheel can move faster than the driven wheel. You do need to remember to use less gas in the turns as the inside wheel is driving and body roll reduces its traction so the inside wheel can spin Also it will click in tight turns

Nelson - have a good look at JamesW's air lockers - copies of the ARB with switchgear improvements. James is passing some on at pretty much cost price incl compressor.
Have fitted one in back of my bighorn and it is performing very well. Faultless so far in some tough tests, and great to be able to switch locker on and off as needed.

For what it's worth, remember that a LSD is a poor mans locker. You can't switch a LSD on or off and you can't tell when or if it's working. When you need lock the most the slip will work as that is the nature of it. I have a LSD on the back and an ARB locker on the front. The LSD will be replaced when I can afford it. Dave
