Hi all,
On a few of the vehicle specific web sites they usually do a vote for a vehicle of the month. I was thinking maybe we could do something like that. You start a thread and people throw out who they think should win for the month and then after we get a couple of entrants, throw up a poll and vote. the entrants should post some good pics of their trucks and we would all Vote. I'm thinking after you win once, you can't agian until the following year, then after the year is done we should make a calender with the trucks that we voted. what do you guys think? I thought it would be cool.
I know there is a Feature of the Month on the main page but Muvit Madness for his SAS conversion has been there for how long now? More then likely should work in with the Feature of the Month thing.

I like the idea.
Its important though not to resrict the entrys and winners to the highly modified trucks unless we can run multiple classes ie stock mild and wild but would we have enough entrys to do this.

As a starter how about "as soon as you include parts designed for a different make its wild. ie diff or engine swap. And nothing more than standard sized mud tyres is stock. Everything inbetween is mild.
Or should we go engine swap is wild, any lift giving a guard clearance to the ground more than 1 meter is wild. (mines 900mm)
There are a few vehicles that would make wild in both categories and a few that make one or the other but not both.

Yeah Engine swaps / axle swaps / lockers / 35" and up tyres ?? / 1m or more of guard clearanes is wild? Engine mods / 31" to 33" tyres / LSD / guard clearanes under 1m is mild? no lift / 31" and under tyres / very little mods is stock?? Geeves change it around to how you think it should be you will know abit more then me what club isuzu has. thats a little of what I think. kane |

I reckon it's an awesome idea!
I'd buy the calender. Even if my MU doesn't feature.
Would be an insentive for more mods haha.
Quite a few people in the "mild" category above would have lockers as well.

I agree. would this be done on the webpage or just via the forum? we could actually make full use of the voting system in the forum and vote best of 3 trucks. or sumthink to that idea...

Sounds like a plan, you could run it like the ones in most of the 4wd mags, the most wild truck doesn't always win.
It could get hard for people to decide what class they are in, but i'm keen, now to find my best photo!!!!
