Have a closer look at the pic. Lincon locker is the same as 2nd and 3rd pics of Elysian's second post. The closest name I can come up with for the first 2 pics would be a "seize"
For the record Lincon lockers are not legal for road use in NZ and probably a lot of other countries. They are very common in drag racing as steering isnt all that important.
