Hi,
I am converting a US Import Trooper "S" gas vehicle into a Big Horn Trooper with a 3.1 Turbo Diesel. Since there are no Big Horn Isuzu Troopers in the USA, it is difficult to find out information. I need a diagram of the wiring harness from the fuel injection system (3 wires).
Also if there is any suggestion as to where I can find a Big Horn Manual that illustrates the 1996 Big Horn Turbo Diesel, it would be appreciated.

you need the attachments from the 11 ubs emails. Put them in one folder then download either izark or 7zip from your favorite freeware site (download.com is good) Open the first file and the manual will apear in pdf form. Theres very little difference between the 96 and the 99 in the manual

Hi,
I did as you suggested but can't download the files. Maybe I'm doing it wrong but I can't find the program to open the files. If you would resend them , I'll try again. Many thanks for your help and hopefully Big Horn Manuals from Down-Under.

Yes they are faulty. First file says 9.6 meg but is only 2.5 meg in size. Will have to reload these from home. Unfotuanatly it is unlikly to be tonight but hopefully thursday. Check again friday and let me know if they still dont work

What browser are you using? Just tryed this at home. It works with firefox 3.0.7 but fails with explorer 7.0.5. It also fails at work on explorer 8. Your not the first person to have problems but I didnt believe the others (sorry everyone) There is an article on gmail about download problems but my recommendation is to use firefox. HI,
I'm using Firefox. I have the documents in my documents folder but when trying to open them in Adobe 8.1, I get a message that the files were damaged in routing them through the e-mail account. I did download the files on the Isuzu Truck with the 4JA1T & 4JG2T diesel engine and I can open them, hopefully when you resend them they will open. Many thanks for your help, in the past 24 hours I've seen more information on the 4JG2T Turbo Engine that in all the CD Disc I bought from the UK. Seems I'm the only "Yank" that has a Big Horn Trooper in the USA.

So you got the 11 files labled "ubs" 10 of these are 9.6 meg and the lats is 1.8 meg. You opened the first one useing what unziping programme? Then youve saved the pdf but it wont open. The final pdf is about 121meg. Ive opened this file set successfully with Izark , 7zip and winrar but not winzip
We do have a couple of other members that have used isuzu diesels in conversions but most have used the earlier 4jb1t and none have been into the trooper although one was an isuzu based ute. Which model trooper do you have?

I have a US Import Isuzu Trooper "S" with a 6 cylinder gas engine. I imported a front clip from the UK and transferred everything; the engine (4JG2T Turbo), transmission, rear end and front 4X4 unit. The clip was a RHD Model and the US Version was a LHD Model. Where I've run into trouble is the wiring from one unit to the other. That why I need a wiring diagram of the Big Horn Diesel and as I stated previously there are no examples of the Big Horn Diesel in the USA that I know of, therfore trying to get information has been difficult.
I will take you instruction on down loading the material, hopefully I can crack the files. Again, thanks for your support and valuable information.
