If I put a flat bit if think rubber betwen my spacer and the body would it have less if a chance to crack ??

Cant see it making a difference unless its quite thick which could lead to other problems like bolts coming loose or the body moving on the mounts. Making sure that all bolts are accurately torqued to correct torque. This is where there is a difference. The frontera manual has 41 ft pound and the trooper 37. Your guess which one fits the Mu Both had a swb and lwb version

Interesting - didn't pay much attention to labels re UHMWPE - but that is one seriously high tech product. Little wonder it is effective as spacers on 4wds. I recall in test data it was streets ahead of various other product this company sells - most of which were nylon.
