Has anyone else got the dreaded squeaky back window/tailgate?
Has anyone managed to get rid of it? It's driving me insane!

I had to get real fussy with the adjustment of the tailgate to get rid of mine.
It also helped reduce the random popping open of the rear glass.

oh i though i was the only one having this kind of problems  i think you should tighten the screws of the latch which the door bites. you have to adjust it to make sure that the door closes just right. for popping tailgate one forumer here said that there might be groves on the tailgate latch as it also worns out. to fix this you should spot welding on the groves then smoothen with a file. hth  |
