howdy folks, wanted to ask you a question i can't get an answer to on the american boards i am making myself a roof rack / basket out of 3/4" square tube and had a question regarding front wind fairing. what is the ideal angle to reduce wind noise? is is more or less trhan 45 degrees? i have oodles of space , my light bar is actually too far forward but that gives me as much room as i need to oput the angle at whatever works, but..... here it is. without light bar and canoe bars, and with

Thats a substantial roof rack. Best angle will be very close to the windscreen angle but will be affectted by things like how high the rack is from the roof and how far back. It realy depends on how much wind noise you want to accept and how much experimenting you can do.

it's 38 degrees if anyone ever needed to know - follows the windscreen line
