just wondering how to get rid of this, can i just unbolt it? do i need to cover up any holes that itll leave in the exhust?

Is yours a 2.8 or 3.1 as it is in a different place in the exhaust. You will have to drop the exhaust to get the inside part out so I wouldnt bother unless I was already pulling the exhaust apart. Mine will come out if and when I redo the dump pipe. The holes left behind will need to be sealed

2.8 yeah ill wait then the exhust and dump pipes on the wish list.... most of my money at the moment is going to trying to keep it going:(

I had to do an exhaust fix last week and took the opportunity to remove this horrible thing. I found after removal that it was frozen open anyway. Better not there and better without the associated vacuum stuff. The less there is there, the less you have to maintain.
