This took me a while to figure out so i thought i would share it with people and maybe save some time One of the hand brake pads was a bit weak and failed a warrant The adjustment for the handbrake is located behind the rubber gromet in teh bottom center of the protecting plate on the axle, just use a large flat bladed screw driver to rotate the cog, push in topside on a slight upward angle to tighten Also if you want to remove the brake disk to check to pads, there are 3 screws holding the plastic wheel cover to the rim, remove one and screw it onto the hole in the front of the disk(easy to find as its the only one). The screw is pointed at the end and screwing it in pushes the disk away from the hub When i had finished it turned out quite simple but when you have no instructions and never had to do it before it starts out hard
