You can adjust the free play at the clutch pedal but I would only do this if the peddal free play was excessive before replacing the clutch. The hydrolics for the clutch can be a pig to bleed so I would bleed them again to be sure. There is a second bleed nipple half way down the line that might help. A trap for young players is that the master cylinder will leak air into the system if the seal is starting to go. If you are getting air at the bleed nipple every few pumps then replace the master cylinder. You can get kits but whole cylinders are cheap.

i bled it at the damper as well as the slave. i dont need much adjustment jus enough to make it easier to get into gear. can the push rod be adjusted a couple of turns on the clutch pedal?

If thats all thats needed it should be ok. Adjuster is in plain sight under the dash. One of the easier things to do on the Isuzu.

Its part of the master cylinder. If youve run out of adjustment the problem is somewhere else. After useing 3 bottles of fluid to bleed my clutch the first time only to have to do it again 2 months later my money still says hydrolic problem. After replacing the master cylinder bleeding took under 5 min and a normal amount of fluid.

Get a friend to operate the clutch while you measure the stroke length We can then compare it to other wagons for diagnosis. As a comparison I just measured mine at 15mm stroke

I got mine from BNT It was under $50 but this was 3 years ago. When you change it take the bonnet off first It gives a lot more room to work.
