Can someone please enlighten me the process of dropping the radiator due to 2" body lift so I have a clue what has to be done.
Cheers pissy

lengthen the lower radiator brackets and re drill the bolt holes modify top bracket. note easy if you have a welder shouldnt cost much to get done if you havnt got the above

I did mine like Daisy said, except I didn't drill any new holes. Quite straight forward once you actually start.

You dont even have to take the hoses off.
Just undo the brackets holding it into place and then drop it down to line up the fan shroud with the fan.
Mine was then tek screwed back into place I was not so sure of how strong it would be at first but there is no movement after 5k worth of hard off roading.

When I did mine I lengthened the lower supports by 50mm. I then recored the radiatorand increased the height by 50mm so that the top fitting would still work and hopefully improve cooling. I then made a couple of 50mm long bars to go from the original fixing location down to support the top of the fan shroud.
I think I was reasonably successful but how do I measure this?
Previously a trip pushing it up Bombay Hill with a full load of firewood in the truck and another tonne or so in a trailer would have me boiling by the top.
Now I still get hotter than normal but don't boil. Temperature has always returned quickly to normal on the downhill run which indicates that nothing was ever blocked in either radiator.
