Anyone know of replacement driveshafts for my 92 Bighorn? I am having problems with the angle on the driveshaft due to the lift kit, and have been told to replace it with a 1 piece shaft. Anyone know where I can get one of these?
Cheers

custom made by your local engineer along with all the certification woes. I thought your lift was only 2 inches This shouldnt cause a problem. Check your universals and center bearing for side play The slightest movment means large vibration. Anouther option might be to lower the center bearing

Is this front or rear?.. and where is the angle to much? at the diff?
The rear diff/axle can be rotated slightly to correct large angles, but not usually needed for 2" lifts.

Went back to a 3" lift (down from 4) as the 2" lift was allowing the transfer case to get hung up too often. The mechanic has already replaced the uj in the back of the shaft, tilted the diff AND dropped the transfer case slightly (which is defeating the purpose) but it is still shuddering and rattling at lower revs (when you have little load on it). Sounds like it is at the diff end. Want to get it sorted as I am looking into ways of raisning the transfer case, not sure if it can be done but mate did it to his hilux and it made a HUGE difference.
