Making your own biodiesel

Are there any regulations in Austrailia or New Zealand about making your own diesel fuel?

Aussi will be different as they tax the fuel to pay for roads etc,
In NZ Diesel vehicles are taxxed directly for the milage they cover so as long as the fuel is safe ie not going to explode there is no issue. A couple of people here have already played with home made kits. Only issue is that any vehicle following you can end up with huge apetites for the fish and chips they smell.
